Services Provided

Likeminded offers wellness studio services including sauna. cold plunge. contrast therapy. breathwork. and related wellness programming. Services are available via session bookings. memberships. and drop-ins.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Follow all safety rules. staff instructions. and posted guidelines
• Use the Services respectfully and at your own risk
• Consult a medical professional before participating in wellness activities

We may refuse entry or services if safety concerns arise.

Booking. Billing and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
  • Charges are due at the time of purchase
  • Late cancellation and no-show fees may apply
  • Memberships renew automatically unless canceled per the stated terms
  • Declined billing attempts may result in suspension of access

Billing disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the charge.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law:
• All sales are final
• Session credits may expire if unused by posted deadlines
• Refunds may be considered only at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms. Membership holders are responsible for charges through the termination date.

Health and Liability

Participation involves physical stress from heat. cold. and temperature contrast. You acknowledge that:
• You assume all associated wellness and activity risks
• Likeminded is not liable for injuries. medical conditions. or damages arising from participation

To the fullest extent permitted by law. you release Likeminded from claims related to your use of the Services.

Intellectual Property

All branding. imagery. website content. and studio materials belong to Soft Sand LLC. You may not copy or misuse them without permission.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled through arbitration in Los Angeles County. California. except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Text Messaging and SMS Terms

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Likeminded Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”) at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, newsletters, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, etc. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

You may receive up to 2 messages per week. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
